2020 League Meeting

Meeting results:

• Relief pitchers will need to face 3 batters or reach end of inning before removal.
• Universal DH
• 26 man rosters (games 1-121), 28 man rosters (games 122 - end of season)
• League will use the 60 game actual stats cards for 2021 vs the imagined set
• League will play 162 - teams will prorate 2.7x - teams that played less than 60 will be prorated more
• League will allow a 16th "ghost" keeper who will be ineligible to play during 2021. This player can be traded after 15 man protections.
• Starter-relievers now limited to starts, total games, and IP
• Changes to Infield x-Chart passed. Mike will provide the league new charts during the draft
• Chris will be moving to the NL in 2021. The commissioner will determine the NLer moving to the AL.
• No banquet due to COVID
• 15 man + ghost rosters due by Dec 31st
•  Craig will host the draft this year at his work. Only AL managers will attend the AL draft, and NL managers for the NL draft. There will be a provision to join a Zoom/WebEx meeting for the other league to draft. COVID procedures will be in place - mask, gloves, social distancing for those attending.
