2022 League Meeting

Meeting results:

• Trading expanded up to and including game 100 or July 31st  - whichever comes first
• Teams that do not have their final stats submitted within two weeks of the conclusion of the World Series will forfeit their highest draft pick.
• Playoff starting pitchers will require the same rest in the playoffs as during the season - four games unless an asterisked starter (three games).
• Relief pitchers cannot be used more than two consecutive days.
• The RSBL will follow the MLB extra inning rule using a runner on second base to begin the inning beginning in the 10th inning.
• The RSBL will likewise follow the Shohei Ohtani rule that allows a starting pitcher that is also in the batting lineup the option to convert to a DH if removed as a starter.
